GROUP CALL

(Our Leading Service) Enables communication or calling from one radio to all radios in a group (one to all). Communication is initiated by pressing the side “PTT” button, and the entire group will hear the conversation. It allows the user to give instructions simultaneously without wasting time, optimizing teamwork.

PRIVATE CALL

This call can be made in Half‑Duplex mode (pressing the side “PTT” button to transmit and speak) or in Full‑Duplex mode (as in the case of a telephone call), and this communication is exclusive between two radios (one to one).

EMERGENCY CALL

Additional Function that can be used in situations of imminent danger. It is activated by pressing the orange button on the device, sending an alert to a group, an ID, or a telephone number. In all cases, the microphone opens and transmits everything happening around the radio for a set period of time, so the entire group can provide the necessary logistical assistance.

SERVITRON Smart Line

Support and Complementary Tool that provides access to telephone service between radios from any point within Servitron’s coverage. This ensures greater efficiency in resource optimization and allows all services to be available in a single device.

Interoperability

By employing state‑of‑the‑art equipment, interoperability between communication networks is achieved, allowing maximum efficiency in investments made and taking full advantage of the best of each technology.

DATA TRANSFER

Advanced Service that allows access to a specific network and/or database at any time and place within Servitron’s coverage.

NATIONAL ROAMING

Possibility for a user to access the network outside their local coverage area, as long as they are within the company’s service zone. This facilitates operations.

TEXT MESSAGES

We offer this practical and discreet tool, which allows you to send and receive written messages on your radio communication device. These messages can even be sent from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone to one or more devices by accessing Servitron’s website.
